Welcome to the August 2025 volunteer sign up event, our first ever at Motorsports Park Hastings!
Please continue to communicate with your Chiefs as we want to make sure we don't miss anyone.
Volunteer registration closes at Noon on Sunday of Race Day. If you are registering after 8pm on Wednesday of Race Weekend, please also email workerliaison@cra-mn.com to ensure that you are added to the gate list.
Event requirements
The Augst race weekend of the 2025 season is fast approaching, and with that comes the need for volunteers to help run our event.
Please remember to sign-up for a minimum of 2 shifts to earn the volunteer benefits:
- Admission and camping for you and a guest into BIR (keep in mind that if you do not have your guest on the list in advance, you will need to meet them at the gate for check-in)
- One free t-shirt per season
- Free volunteer membership
- Free lunch the day you volunteer
- Volunteers are encouraged to join the Saturday night Volunteer dinner
