Welcome to the September 2024 volunteer sign up event! We are continuing to use MotorsportReg.com to sign our volunteers up for the race weekend!
Please continue to communicate with your chiefs as we want to make sure we don't miss anyone.
Volunteer registration closes at Noon on Sunday, September 22nd. If you are registering after 8pm on Wednesday, September 18th, please also email workerliaison@cra-mn.com to ensure that you are added to the gate list.
Event requirements
The September race weekend of the 2024 season is just days away, and with that comes the need for volunteers to help run our event.
The September event is taking place on the Competition Course at Brainerd International Raceway and will feature single sprints & the 5 Hour Endurance Race
Please remember to sign-up for a minimum of 2 shifts to earn the volunteer benefits:
- Admission and camping for you and a guest into BIR (keep in mind that if you do not have your guest on the list in advance, you will need to meet them at the gate for check-in)
- One free t-shirt per season
- Free volunteer membership
- Free lunch the day you volunteer
